Nga Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme njoftojn\u00eb se m\u00eb 26 gusht, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 22:15, n\u00eb dalje nga vendi, policia ka kryer kontroll ndaj nj\u00eb automjeti \u201cMercedes-Benz\u201d me targa serbe, t\u00eb drejtuar nga nj\u00eb 51-vje\u00e7are nga Serbia. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se ajo ishte evidentuar si kryesuese e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cdrejtim i pamatur i automjetit\u201d, sipas nenit 297-a t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cP\u00ebrmes sistemit \u2018Qyteti i Sigurt\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se shtetasja e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb autostrad\u00ebn A1, n\u00eb aksin Demir Kapi\u2013Gjevgjeli, ka drejtuar automjetin me shpejt\u00ebsi prej 168 kilometra n\u00eb or\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs ku shpejt\u00ebsia maksimale e lejuar \u00ebsht\u00eb 80 kilometra n\u00eb or\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkeljes s\u00eb konstatuar, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb privuar nga liria dhe ndaj saj do t\u00eb parashtrohet kall\u00ebzim p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs penal\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e MPB-s\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, m\u00eb 27 gusht, rreth or\u00ebs 05:00, po n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare Tabanoc, policia ka ndaluar nj\u00eb automjet \u201cAudi\u201d me targa t\u00eb Holand\u00ebs, t\u00eb drejtuar nga nj\u00eb 32-vje\u00e7ar nga ky shtet. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, kontrolli p\u00ebrmes sistemit \u201cQyteti i Sigurt\u201d ka treguar se shoferi ishte evidentuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vep\u00ebr penale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cShtetasi holandez, n\u00eb autostrad\u00ebn A1, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Demir Kapis\u00eb, ka drejtuar automjetin me shpejt\u00ebsi prej 177 kilometra n\u00eb or\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb ku shpejt\u00ebsia maksimale e lejuar \u00ebsht\u00eb 80 kilometra n\u00eb or\u00eb.
